The Regional Development Centre in DkIT are partners in an EU initiative to support individuals working as freelancers in the Gig Economy. The Giggin Policy Project aims to influence policy and policy makers to ensure the rights and views of those working in the gig economy are taken into account, especially as new bills and laws are being drafted that could affect their rights and obligations to leave and pensions, etc, in the future.
